Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota and in good standing.
• Excellent oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
• Proven track record in No-Fault arbitrations, discovery, and pretrial litigation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-suit through trial.
• Conduct and defend depositions of treating providers, experts, and parties.
• Argue motions, attend arbitrations and mediations, participate in trials.
• Communicate clearly with clients and keep them informed and confident.
• Develop referrals and business through client relationships and community presence.
• Collaborate with the litigation team on strategy and case preparation.
