Ligori & Ligori, Attorneys at Law seeks a talented Pre-Suit Case Manager to handle cases from pre-suit through settlement or transfer to litigation. Responsibilities include requesting records, preparing demand packages, drafting notices and complaints, and coordinating settlements.

The role requires at least 1 year of pre-suit PI case management, excellent organization, multitasking ability, and strong communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have pre-suit personal injury case manager experience with at least 1 year.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience handling PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims.
• Experience with preparing cases for demand.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from pre-suit through demand or from post-demand through settlement.
• Request medical records.
• Prepare demand packages and medical bill outlines.
• Draft supplemental demands and Civil remedy Notices.
• Draft and file settlement statements.
• Perform settlement distributions.
• Hire expert witnesses.
• Draft complaints.
• Prepare cases for litigation using the firm’s checklist.
• All tasks are checklist-driven and attorney-guided.
