Job summary

This role focuses on personal injury matters, notably automotive claims. You will lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers, drive KPIs, and ensure high-quality client service and strong advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Law degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active AZ State Bar Association member in good standing.
  • 2+ years of personal injury experience.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervision abilities.
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
