Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to join our growing team. You will handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and coordinate with a team of Case Managers to move cases toward resolution.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, active Florida Bar license, at least 2 years in personal injury, and a drive to join a trial team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and trial-team readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-litigation approvals and processes.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages.

• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements.

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing Jacksonville, FL office.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on Personal injury cases primarily motor vehicle cases.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team

This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.
