Key Responsibilities

Duties: As an Attorney, you will manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception to settlement. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
• Conduct case investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Draft and file legal documents needed pre-litigation.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed.
