The ideal candidate will represent clients, manage a docket, and move cases forward independently in a fast-paced setting. The attorney must be licensed in Texas, have a law degree from an accredited school, and be in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.
• 1–3 years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and analytical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage docket of personal injury cases.
• File lawsuits.
• Conduct depositions.
• Draft and respond to discovery.
• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, hearings and trials.
• Evaluate claims with claims representatives.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal secretaries to manage discovery, depositions and trial prep.
