HLG is looking to hire a Pre-Litigation Attorney to provide outstanding service and representation to clients in the pre-litigation process. Responsibilities
  • Managing your own case load as lead Attorney and decision maker of pre-litigation cases with an assigned Case Manager.
  • Gathering evidence from medical professionals, witnesses, and other experts by attending depositions or meetings.
  • Counseling clients on the process, reviewing contracts, collaborating with an internal PI team, and taking escalated calls.
  • Preparing for and presenting a strong case at trial for our client.
  • Being self-motivated in showing up and delivering work accurately and in a timely fashion.

Educational/Experience Requirements
  • A juris doctor degree required.
  • License in good standing in Indiana required. Indiana and Illinois preferred.
