You will gain exposure across the lifecycle of personal injury cases, with strong involvement in litigation and trial preparation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Plaintiffs' Personal Injury experience, strong litigation knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file summons and complaints
• Prepare Bills of Particulars
• Draft and respond to discovery demands
• Maintain regular client communication and provide case updates
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organising exhibits and case files
• Manage case documentation and ensure deadlines are met
