Job summary

Allred Mediation @ Allred Law Firm in San Antonio, TX seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support plaintiff-side personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial. You will collaborate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a plaintiff’s PI paralegal and 5+ years paralegal experience, with excellent written and verbal communication and superb organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and litigation correspondence.
• Propounding and responding to discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission).
• Managing e-filing and service of pleadings.
• Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records, bills, and wage loss documentation.
• Assisting with trial and hearing preparation, including exhibit organization.
• Preparing settlement demand packages and assisting with damages analysis.
• Maintaining litigation calendars, deadlines, and docket control.
• Communicating professionally and compassionately with clients.

Job description

Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Paralegal to be considered. Bilingual (Spanish) is a STRONG plus but not required.

Job Overview:

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a hands-on role in all phases of personal injury litigation. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel to move cases forward efficiently and effectively in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and litigation correspondence.
• Propounding and responding to discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission)

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Filevine case management system a plus.

Pay Range:$25.00 – $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
