Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga seeks a full-time attorney with 3–5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience to represent clients and negotiate settlements. You will meet clients, discuss cases, and coordinate with insurers, while preparing for trial when needed.

Candidates must be a member of the Georgia Bar; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, and the ability to work independently in a team environment is valued.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience evaluating claims and superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss cases and earn their trust and confidence
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding status, demands, and offers
• Prepare cases for trial and try the case if needed
• Contribute to settlement negotiations and evaluations as part of case strategy
