Bush & Bush Law Group in Irving, TX seeks a Trial Paralegal with 10+ years of litigation experience in personal injury law to join our in-office litigation team. You will support attorneys from intake through trial, draft pleadings, organize files, coordinate depositions, and assist with jury preparation.

The candidate excels in fast-paced environments, is detail-oriented, and proficient with case management and legal research tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court rules.
• Proven experience in trial preparation and courtroom support.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
• In-office position – must be able to work onsite at our Irving, TX office.

We fight for clients injured in 18-wheeler trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and other complex personal injury cases. We are seeking a highly skilled Trial Paralegal to join our litigation team in-office and support attorneys in preparing cases from intake through trial.
