Job summary

Curtis Legal Group is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to support pre-trial through trial phases. You will coordinate case details, draft pleadings and manage discovery, while liaising with clients and attorneys to keep cases on track.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a paralegal in litigation
Experience drafting discovery, pleadings, and motions
Ability to manage calendars and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions and CMC statements and file them with the court
Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.)
Organize exhibits, evidence and production documents
Draft interrogatories and other discovery requests and responses
Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
Aid attorneys in trial preparation
Provide assistance with case settlements
Review medical records and bills.
Knowledge and experience in lien tracking and management.
