• Albuquerque, NM: In-office work required.
• Remote: Available outside Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, or Roswell metro areas.

Our Mission

Collaborate with attorneys to advocate for clients, ensuring maximum compensation for harms caused by others. Provide organized, attentive case management and foster a supportive environment where clients feel valued and heard.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend firm meetings and huddles.
2. Draft and file complaints within 30 days of case transfer.
3. Ensure timely service of process.
4. Schedule and track case milestones.
5. Provide telephonic updates to clients every six weeks.
6. Maintain accurate case documentation in SmartAdvocate.
7. Draft and serve subpoenas, discovery requests, and responses.
8. Assist with trial preparation.
9. Perform background checks on defendants and clients.
10. Collaborate with legal team to move cases forward.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Ability to travel for trial cases.
• Strong understanding of court rules.

Job Details

• Type: Full-time
• Salary: $58,260 - $74,900/year
