Job summary

Legal Search Solutions, LLC partners with a well-established personal injury firm in Florida to recruit a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. You will manage cases from inception through resolution, advocate zealously, and help shape trial strategies.

You will build strong client relationships, negotiate with insurers, prepare pleadings, and collaborate with support staff to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to evaluate claims and discuss strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings as needed.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when required.
• Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes.
