Boutique Recruiting in Culver City, CA seeks an Associate Attorney to join a dynamic personal injury litigation team. Manage a large caseload with client and colleague communication, thriving in a fast-paced environment that values quality legal services.

Required: J.D. from ABA-accredited school and CA bar, 1–4 years PI experience, strong writing; remote teamwork preferred, trial prep or dep expectations advantageous. Firm offers growth and collaborative culture.

Formación

• 1–4 years of personal injury experience
• Experience in a high-volume practice is required
• Strong writing skills and ability to review staff work
• Barred in California (CA bar)

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution
• Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage
• Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including regular settlement negotiations for clients
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff
