• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state.
• More than 3 years of practicing law, preferably in personal injury law or civil litigation.
• Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and legal document review skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle legal errors and gaps in reasoning.
• Ability to provide clear, objective, and well-structured written feedback.

About the Role
