Cullen and Dykman LLP in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with 4+ years of personal injury tort litigation to join our Tort and Insurance Defense Practice.

This role offers immediate client contact and responsibility, with opportunities to work on complex litigation matters. Candidates must have a J.D., be admitted to the New York Bar (NJ Bar a plus), and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required; admission to the New Jersey Bar is a plus.
• Minimum of 4+ years of personal injury tort litigation experience; trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury tort and insurance defense litigation.
• Handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Provide strategic counsel and manage client matters from the outset.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategies and deliver quality client service.
• Manage multiple assignments independently with attention to detail.
