The role calls for 2–5 years of litigation experience, an active Texas Bar, and a background in personal injury/insurance defense.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Active Texas Bar (licensed to practice in Texas).
• Personal injury defense/insurance defense experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury defense matters, including auto, trucking, multi-party injury, and general liability cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and case reports.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy, hearings, depositions, client communication, and litigation progression.
