We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas seeks an experienced associate to support an expansive national platform in insurance defense and general liability. You will work closely with lead attorneys from rapid-response investigations through trial, developing strategy and presenting cases to courts.

The role offers hybrid/remote work options, mentorship, and strong long-term growth within a top-tier defense team.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience.
• Experience with trial preparation and defense strategy.
• Proven ability to work with lead attorneys from rapid response to trial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead attorneys across all litigation phases including investigations, discovery, depositions, and trial.
• Contribute to strategy to meet client goals in catastrophic injury, complex torts, medical malpractice, and professional liability cases.
• Mentor junior associates and manage client expectations.
