AICA Orthopedics, P.C. in Marietta, GA is seeking a Personal Injury Collections Specialist to own a portfolio of PI accounts and push each toward payment.

You will contact PI attorney offices, insurers, and adjusters to obtain status and move cases to resolution. The role requires PI law firm experience or healthcare/insurance AR/collections background, high-volume calling (40+ calls daily) with meticulous documentation, and a results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Personal injury experience in PI law firm phones, intake, pre-litigation case management, lien resolution, or billing.
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or insurance AR / collections.
• Outbound collections where you owned accounts to resolution and can handle PI side fast.
• Comfortable making 40+ calls a day with no auto-dialer; strong documentation; persistent and professional when not returning calls.

Responsibilities

• Own an active PI portfolio and know the status and next move for each account.
• Call PI attorney offices and insurers to obtain case status and push to resolution.
• Make 40+ outbound calls daily; log every contact and commitment the same day.
• Identify settled cases and drive payment to completion; flag at-risk accounts.

About the Role

You own a set of personal injury accounts and move each one toward payment — calling attorney offices and insurance carriers, getting real status, and never letting an account go quiet.

You'll make a high volume of calls, but the score isn't call count. It's how many accounts you actually pushed forward.

AICA Orthopedics treats personal injury patients across 21 Atlanta locations. What You'll Do

• Own an active portfolio and always know where each account stands and what the next move is
• Call PI attorney offices and insurance carriers to get case status and push accounts to resolution
• Make 40+ manual outbound calls a day at your own pace — no auto-dialer
• Work the accounts nobody else can get a callback on
• Log every call, contact, and commitment accurately, same day
• Identify settled cases and drive payment to completion
• Flag accounts at risk of missing a collection window before they slip

What You Need
