Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Phoenix seeks a Case Manager to support attorneys, manage a varied caseload, prepare documents, and assist in settlements.

The role is on-site and requires strong organization, client focus, and teamwork. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, gathering medical records, coordinating with providers and insurers, preparing demands, and maintaining case files from intake to closing.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred
• At least 2 years in a legal role or insurance adjuster experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures
• Proactive communication with clients, insurers and medical providers
• Must multi-task, prioritize and manage workload with minimal supervision
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
• Extensive computer and database proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook (≥35 wpm)

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, via telephone and in person
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during treatment
• Obtain documents to support injury/liability positions
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances
• Negotiate case settlements with insurers and providers
• Work with multiple coworkers on case files and maintain organized files
• Prepare comprehensive demands and submissions to carriers
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopses as needed
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction
• Perform other related duties as assigned
