Qualifications

• 2+ years in personal injury case management or related roles.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage many active files.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with cloud-based case management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned caseload.
