Overview

Are you a professional with a solid legal background? Our team in Roswell, GA, is looking for a skilled Personal Injury Case Manager. As the Case Manager, you are key to working an entire case from start to Demand – from managing the case, client communication, handling medical records and treatment, and finalizing the demand.

Responsibilities
  • Verify medical balances through the collection and review of medical documents
  • Organize and manage client files by scanning, categorizing, and maintaining records, bills, and paperwork
  • Prepare necessary legal documents and draft demand letters when required
  • Compile demand packages from medical files
  • Work closely with the Attorney, Legal Assistant, and Settlement/Disbursals teams
  • Oversee all aspects of case management to ensure smooth handling of each case
  • Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and information gathering
  • Arrange and keep case files in order, including legal documents
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless workflow
  • Stay updated on legal regulations and industry trends related to personal injury cases
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, are a must
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are vital
  • The ability to multitask efficiently and work independently is required
  • Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in case management
  • A strong background in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research is essential.
  • Experience in Personal Injury Law in the state of Georgia is a requirement
  • Previous experience as a Case Manager in personal injury law is preferred
  • Proficient in legal document preparation and research
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Compensation

$27+ hourly DOE
