Personal Injury Case Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for new clients during intake process
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout case lifecycle
  • Provide clear explanations of legal procedures and required documentation
  • Confirm insurance coverage details and liability matters while coordinating with insurance carriers
  • Oversee client medical treatment by maintaining regular contact with clients and healthcare providers
  • Schedule and coordinate medical appointments while ensuring clients understand all procedures
  • Track case milestones and ensure timely completion of all phases

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 year of personal injury case management experience with high-volume caseloads
  • Demonstrated experience managing cases from initial intake through demand preparation
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced legal environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Strong follow-through skills to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for extensive client interaction
  • Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish communication skills a plus
