Responsibilities

• Support Case Managers in handling high-volume caseloads and keep claims organized.
• Assist with case intake and file setup in the firm’s case management system.
• Verify insurance coverage and liabilities with carriers for accurate processing.
• Draft and send legal correspondence, demand letters, and medical authorization requests.
• Open and monitor bodily injury and property damage claims with insurers.
