Brandon J. Broderick, a West Virginia-based law firm, seeks seasoned Personal Injury Attorneys to lead and grow a PI presence within a multi-state firm while maintaining autonomy and your existing caseload.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in PI law, strong litigation and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to help scale the practice with firm support.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
• An existing caseload or client base.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growth initiative.

Responsibilities

• Client Advocacy: Provide top-tier legal counsel and representation in personal injury matters.
• Caseload Management: Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution.
• Legal Strategy: Conduct research, draft pleadings, and develop winning strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work with attorneys, case managers, and staff to ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advocacy: Provide top-tier legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases.
• Caseload Management: Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution with a strong focus on client service and results.
• Legal Strategy: Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop winning strategies tailored to your state's personal injury law.
• Team Collaboration: Work with our multi-disciplinary team of attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
• Practice Growth: Participate in our market development - leverage your network while utilizing our business development resources.
• Community Involvement: Build visibility through outreach, local engagement, and participation in legal and community events.

Compensation:

The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
