Job summary

Career Group is seeking a Washington-licensed attorney to join a growing Florida-based firm. This remote position requires the attorney to reside in Washington state (Seattle or Spokane area preferred) and manage a busy personal injury caseload with strong advocacy and client service.

The attorney will be supported by a dedicated paralegal and will collaborate closely with the team in a fast-paced environment, handling cases from inception through resolution while delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Washington State.
• 3–4+ years of experience practicing law in Washington.
• Strong personal injury experience required.
• Experience handling sexual abuse cases is a strong plus.
• Candidates based in or near Seattle or Spokane preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from inception to resolution.
• Represent clients throughout all phases of litigation.
• Work closely with an assigned paralegal to ensure efficient case management.
