Zohorecruit in Seattle, WA, is seeking an experienced plaintiff attorney to shape the future of a growing firm. You will own meaningful cases, develop client relationships, and work closely with leadership to grow the practice.

You'll negotiate with insurers, manage cases through litigation, and utilize technology to improve efficiency, with in-person work required downtown Seattle.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active Washington State Bar license or ability to waive in.
• Experience in personal injury/plaintiff or insurance defense litigation preferred.
• Strong negotiation and deposition experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.
• Negotiate with insurance companies on a regular basis.
• Draft, file, and argue motions in state and federal court.
• Conduct and defend depositions and handle arbitrations.

What You'll Do

• Handle personal injury matters from litigation through resolution.
  
• Negotiate directly with insurance companies.
  
• Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior and Federal Court.
  
• Conduct and defend depositions.
  
• Handle arbitrations.
  
• Guide clients through every stage of the litigation process.
  
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client service.
  
• Utilize technology, including case management software and AI tools, to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Washington State Bar license, or ability to waive in.
  
• Personal injury litigation experience preferred.
  
• Strong insurance defense litigators with significant deposition experience are also encouraged to apply.
  
• Experience negotiating with insurance companies.
  
• Arbitration experience strongly preferred.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Willingness to work in person in downtown Seattle.
