Direct path to Managing Attorney at a growing personal injury firm — hands‑on mentorship, first/second‑chair trial opportunities, and a commission structure that rewards strong case outcomes.
Salary: $175,000 - $350,000 per year
We are a Santa Ana, California firm that practices exclusively in personal injury law — motor vehicle and motorcycle collisions, catastrophic and traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, and dog bite claims. Our firm has recovered more than $197 million for clients to date, with recent results including a $4.1 million jury verdict in a slip‑and‑fall trial, a $5.3 million settlement in a DUI accident case, and a $2.57 million judgment as recently as November 2024. A small in‑house litigation team currently handles that docket, supported by a five‑person in‑house case‑management staff that keeps every matter moving from intake through resolution rather than routing files out to referral counsel.
Our current litigation attorney has carried a full trial docket to strong, consistent production for three years running — and growth has outpaced what one attorney can manage. This is a seat with real ownership: you'll run your own caseload from intake through trial with paralegal support, not shuffle files through a settlement mill. You'll have a direct line to our Managing Attorney position for the right candidate, room to first‑ or second‑chair trials, and the latitude to build and supervise your own paralegal team rather than share support staff across a large associate pool.
