The Opportunity:

An award winning, mid-sized plaintiff's law firm is searching for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. With several offices and 30+ trial attorneys, our firm is poised for substantial growth! Our firm provides aggressive, client-centered representation across personal injury, workers' compensation, medical malpractice and mass tort practice areas.

The Attorney will be involved in a variety of personal injury cases including auto, motorcycle, truck and slip-and-fall accidents among others. The ideal candidate has previous trial and personal injury experience and is comfortable handling complex cases from intake to verdict or settlement. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake to verdict or settlement.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Maintain detailed case files and meet all legal deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to drive case strategy and results

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey
• Trial and personal injury experience
• Strong knowledge of NJ personal injury law; PIP law knowledge is a plus (must be willing to research/learn if unfamiliar)
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom skills
• Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and results-driven mindset
