Our client is searching for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully handling complex cases.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support clients' claims.
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their cases and advise them on legal options.
Collaborate with medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and other professionals to build strong cases.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Tennessee
Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Compassionate and client-focused approach.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
