A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney in Glendale, CA. This leadership role involves supervising pre-litigation cases and engaging in hands-on personal injury litigation.

Duties

• Supervise and mentor case managers, paralegals, and legal assistants.
• Oversee pre-litigation matters and evaluate case elements such as liability and damages.
• Develop case strategies and negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Transition cases from pre-litigation to litigation as needed.
• Manage litigation processes including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Handle cases involving car accidents, catastrophic injuries, and other negligence claims.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure compliance with legal deadlines.
• Collaborate with management to enhance case strategies and department growth.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license.
