PANGEATWO's client, a fast-growing plaintiff's law firm in Dothan, Alabama, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its expanding team. You'll manage complex personal injury matters from evaluation to resolution, working with a supportive group dedicated to exceptional client service.

Qualifications include a JD, active Alabama bar, 3–5 years in personal injury, and strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Alabama Bar license in good standing.
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Passion for client advocacy and delivering outstanding legal representation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and determine case viability.
• Investigate claims and develop case strategy.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Effectively manage a litigation caseload while collaborating with paralegals and legal support staff.
