Position Summary:

We are seeking Personal Injury attorneys to join our personal injury litigation group in our Chicago office. We offer flexible work arrangements and remote work.

Your position will primarily entail handling all aspects of litigation for personal injury cases along with managing staff members working with you. You will have the opportunity to learn from other trial attorneys with proven records of success! In addition to one-on-one training, Malman Law has a training program that includes weekly group training.

You will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the necessary support to allow you to grow as an attorney and to focus on the proper workup of your cases in preparation for settlement or trial. You will be supported by attorneys, legal assistants, medical records specialists, nurse consultants, and other staff who will help lead client communications, obtain and prepare documents, and assist with the various demands related to your cases. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.

Other facets of the position are to support the Malman Law mission, culture, and values and align, motivate, and inspire other team members to deliver high-quality results by their consistent example and dedication to seeking justice for our clients.

Qualifications:

1-2 years Plaintiff's Personal Injury Experience Preferred

· J.D. Degree from an accredited law school

· Licensed to practice law in Illinois

· Computer savvy

· Solid problem solving and time management skills

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Strong attention to detail

· Highly organized

· Able to multitask efficiently and effectively

Work Locations:

Primary location is Chicago. However, we handle cases throughout Illinois. Remote work is also an option for the right person(s) and during COVID, remote work ability is a must.
