A well‑established personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team. Responsibilities
  • Manage a high‑volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement
  • Oversee case progress, including treatment status, liability evaluation, and overall file movement
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure clarity, support, and exceptional service
  • Identify issues such as treatment gaps, over‑treatment, and coverage concerns
  • Supervise and collaborate with case managers and support staff
  • Participate in pre‑litigation strategy discussions with senior attorneys
  • Review medical records, prepare case evaluations, and guide files through the settlement process
  • Conduct settlement appointments and negotiate resolutions
  • Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other external contacts
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice in North Carolina (South Carolina a plus)
