A boutique Seattle law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (4866) to join its growing practice. This is a hands-on role with a clear long-term path toward partnership or even firm ownership, making it an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney ready to build their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Negotiate directly with insurance companies to maximize client recoveries
• Draft, file, and argue motions in civil litigation
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Handle arbitrations (2–3 prior arbitrations strongly preferred)
• Assist with discovery, case preparation, and client communications
• Contribute to administrative tasks as needed
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Washington State Bar membership (or eligibility to waive in)
• 2–3 years of personal injury experience required
• Proven track record negotiating with insurance companies
• Arbitration and deposition experience strongly preferred
• Civil litigation experience a plus
• Highly motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work in-office five days a week
