CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney in Beverly Hills with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience. This boutique firm handles personal injury, automobile collisions and premises liability, offering a competitive base and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree.
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Familiarity with legal research software.
• Experience in personal injury/premises liability is preferred but not required
• Strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on a variety of legal matters in civil, criminal and family law.
• Represent clients in court and handle all aspects of the legal process, from intake to settlement.
• Research, analyze, and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings, as well as handle discovery and motion practice.
• Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes.
• Attend and participate in court proceedings as needed.

Compensation: Up to around $160k- 180k total comp package + Unlimited PTO, Comprehensive Insurance.
