DLE Lawyers in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our plaintiff-only team. The successful candidate will handle cases from intake to settlement, analyze evidence, and advise clients on outcomes.

This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and is an in-person position based in our Georgia office. Our firm focuses on serious injury, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury law.
• In-person work location in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze medical records, accident reports, and evidence to assess case strength.
• Advise clients on case merits, outcomes, and settlement options.
• Gather and review evidence including photos, witness statements, and expert opinions.
• Coordinate with investigators or experts to determine fault.
• Negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel for fair settlements.
• Explain settlements to clients and assist their decision to accept or reject offers.
• Draft and send demand letters detailing injuries, damages, and liability.
• Meet with clients to collect information and explain the legal process.
• Provide updates to clients on progress, settlements, or offers.
• Research personal injury laws, precedents, and regulations to support strategies.
• Stay current with developments in personal injury law and guidelines.

Duties

• Meet with clients to gather information, explain the legal process, and manage expectations.
• Keep clients updated on the progress of their claims, including any settlements or offers.
• Research relevant personal injury laws, precedents, and regulations to support case strategies.
• Stay current with developments in personal injury law and applicable state and federal guidelines.
