Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to take on growth and business development.
• Prior personal injury experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pre-suit personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
• Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
• Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy.
• Assist in developing systems and processes as the firm grows.
• Contribute to firm growth through initiative, professionalism, and client service.
