Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Palm Beach Gardens, FL seeks a seasoned plaintiff personal injury attorney to manage matters from intake to settlement or trial. Expect a heavy mix of pre-litigation and litigation with no billable-hour requirements and clear performance KPIs.

The base salary is up to $180,000 with significant performance-based earning potential, including a share of fees from own settled cases, plus a partnership-track path and extensive support from a case manager and two paralegals.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Approximately 5-15 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Participation in at least three completed trials, excluding settled cases.
• First-chair trial experience preferred; strong second-chair considered.
• Ability to manage both pre-litigation and litigated matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.
• Handle a caseload with ~70% pre-litigation and 30% litigation matters.
• Develop case strategy to maximise client outcomes.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations and trials.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Deliver clear and persuasive written and oral advocacy.
• Maintain regular client contact throughout each case.
• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals and other attorneys.
