Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Collaborate with senior attorney and staff to develop case strategies.
