We represent clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, and tractor-trailer cases.

Position Overview

As an Associate Attorney at Nichols Injury Law, P.C., you will play a key role in advocating for injured clients and ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both onsite at our Marietta office and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
