Note : This position follows a hybrid work schedule with regular in-office time required at either the Seattle or Tacoma office.

Job Description

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents slip and falls and wrongful death cases
• Draft pleadings motions discovery responses and legal correspondence
• Conduct legal research case evaluations and settlement negotiations
• Communicate directly with clients medical providers and insurance adjusters
• Handle court appearances depositions and mediations as needed
• Collaborate with a team of experienced personal injury attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
• Admission to practice law in Washington State (active and in good standing)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Litigation experience is a plus but not required
• Commitment to client advocacy and a high level of empathy
