- Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
- Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations as needed
- Collaborate with a team of experienced personal injury attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
- Admission to practice law in Washington State (active and in good standing)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Litigation experience is a plus but not required
- Commitment to client advocacy and a high level of empathy
