gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Austin, TX to identify a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney ready to join a boutique, high-impact team.

Position: Plaintiff's Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid (1+ day/week remote after onboarding)
Position Type: Full-Time

About the Firm

This isn’t your typical high-volume PI shop. The practice is tight-knit, selective, and trial-oriented with a Partner who’s kind, responsive, and deeply involved in each case. With a caseload of ~30 active matters, you’ll gain meaningful litigation experience while maintaining work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• First-chair small claims and second-chair mid- to high-value PI cases
• Draft your own demands (paralegal support provided; not assembly-line work)
• Handle a variety of personal injury cases:
  • 95% auto (fender-benders to mid-range)
  • 5% high-exposure cases in broader torts
• Work closely with a team of 4 experienced paralegals
• Contribute to strategy and client communications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff or defense-side personal injury
• Texas Bar license required
• Trial experience a plus, but not required
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Willingness to contribute to a collaborative, low-ego environment
• No book of business required — but availability to manage active caseload is key
