Vortex 2 Freedom Life Design seeks a Personal Growth & Professional Development Specialist for a fully remote, contract-based position. You will engage in one-to-one conversations, understand client goals, and share information about established development programs while providing professional follow-up.

You will work independently using established systems, participate in structured training and mentorship, and contribute to ongoing personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience preferred
• Experience in coaching, education, professional development, training, leadership, consulting, or related people-focused field
• Genuine interest in personal growth and continuous learning
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
