We''re looking for experienced personal finance professionals to help train AI models to reason through real-world client scenarios with the same rigor, judgment, and care you''d bring to your own clients'' work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience serving individual clients in personal tax planning and preparation.
• Experience advising individuals on portfolios and retirement accounts.
• Experience in comprehensive personal financial planning (budgeting, cash flow, debt, goals).
• Knowledge of estate planning concepts (trusts, gifts, fiduciary accounting).
• Experience with debt management, student loans, mortgages, and major life events.
• Experience with equity compensation (RSUs, stock options, ESPP) and self-employed finances.

About the Role

We're looking for experienced personal finance professionals to help train AI models to reason through real-world client scenarios with the same rigor, judgment, and care you'd bring to your own clients' work.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve complex, real-world client scenarios to train AI in expert personal financial planning.
• Critique AI-generated deliverables for accuracy and sound reasoning, ensuring every output meets the standards you would hold your own client work to.

Common Tasks

• Write a prompt - write simple prompts that act as a starting point for AI models.
• Correct an AI model's chain of thought - review, analyze, and rank AI models' reasoning for correctness and approach.
• Improve / Approve a response - work through a model's step-by-step response, refining or signing off at each stage.

Qualifications

We're looking for hands-on professional experience serving individual clients in one or more of the following:

• Personal tax - preparing individual (1040) returns, personal tax planning, capital gains, self-employment/quarterly taxes.
• Investments & retirement - advising individuals on portfolios and retirement accounts (asset allocation, rebalancing, 401(k)/IRA/Roth, Social Security).
• Financial planning - comprehensive personal planning (budgeting, cash flow, debt, goals).
• Estate planning (non-attorney) - estate and gift tax, trust administration, beneficiary planning, fiduciary accounting.
• Debt & life events - student loans, mortgage refinance, credit-card payoff, home affordability, 529/college planning.
• Equity comp & self-employed finances - RSUs, stock options, ESPP, or freelancer/self-employed personal cash-flow.

Note: We're looking for individual-client-facing experience - not institutional or corporate finance backgrounds.
