Qualifications

• H hands-on experience serving individual clients in one or more areas.
• Personal tax — preparing 1040s, tax planning, capital gains, self-employment taxes.
• Investments & retirement — portfolios, asset allocation, 401(k)/IRA/Roth, Social Security.
• Financial planning — budgeting, cash flow, debt, goals.
• Estate planning (non-attorney) — estate/gift tax, trusts, beneficiaries.
• Debt & life events — student loans, mortgage refinance, credit-card payoff.
• Equity comp & self-employed finances — RSUs, stock options, ESPP, freelancing.
