Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support with personal hygiene and household tasks to help individuals remain in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Report observations of the client's condition and notify supervisors of incidents or accidents
• Drive safely, comply with traffic laws, and wear a seat belt during travel
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transfers
• Help with household tasks essential to the client's personal care

Experience and License Requirements:

• Preferred six months of home care experience
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to transportation

Skills:
