Independence First in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Worker to assist consumers with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, mobility, and grooming, under supervision. The role requires maintaining privacy and accurate documentation in line with care plans.
This position emphasizes confidentiality, following written plans of duties, and providing compassionate one-on-one support to consumers in their homes or care settings.
Personal Care Worker provides personal care services to consumer(s) of IndependenceFirst. Personal Care Worker is directly supervised by the Care Coordinator and the consumer(s) for whom they provide personal care services.
